The LA motor show opens its doors today to the public. Apart from the big American manufacturers; the European and Japanese manufacturers will also have a large presence. Between each manufacturer there is a whole feast of new models waiting to make their public debut, and one of these is the Land Rover DC100 concept car, also known as the Land Rover Discovery.
This new chunky Discovery is a quick glimpse at what Land Rover are able to do. This hard as nails off roader will not lose any of its working capabilities and promises not to loose any of its versatility.
Land Rover has stated that this model “isn’t a production ready car”. It is in fact a four year journey that will not see the launch of the new Discovery until sometime 2015, so unfortunately we must be patient.
There will also be an open top Land Rover Discovery DC100 Sport, which “expresses freedom and leisure”
