Some of you may have seen this already, but if not, it’s probably scarier than anything you seen trick or treating last night at your front door. An elderly woman from Philadelphia got into her car and drove up the fast lane, I hear you say what’s scary about that? Well the scary part is she was going the wrong way.
You can see in the video the damage that was caused with cars having to swerv out of the lane to avoid her. Thankfully there were no fatalities.
