A couple of years ago if someone asked you to describe an electric car you would probably have described a hairdryer on four wheels. Well today this image has well and truly changed with some of the major car manufactures designing high powered electric cars.
BMW and Audi is just a couple of the car companies who are moving with the future and developing electric cars or ecars as they are also known.
ESB have launched a website to create awareness amongst people about ecars and also lists every EV plug around Ireland where you can charge your car. The ESB ecars website is to roll out the ecar charging infrastructure and systems to support the introduction and demand for ecars (more…)
