4. Seat Ibiza 1.2 TDI CR Ecomotive
The Ecomotive version of Seat’s Ibiza will get you 80.7mpg.
5. Fiat Punto 1.3 MultiJet Eco
Fiat’s most economical model the 1.3-litre Punto Evo, will give you 78.5mpg.
6. Ford Fiesta Economic 1.6 TDCi
The Fiesta delivers a claimed Combined economy figure of 76.3mpg from its 1.6-litre diesel engine
The only hybrid model on the list is Toyota’s Auris Hybrid T4 HSD which delivers 74.3mpg.
